Standard Delivery
 We offer both tracked and untracked first class USPS shipping.  We always recommend tracked shipping and you have the decision to do untracked first class shipping but American responder designs will not reimburse any lost or stolen items.  That why we recommend first class tracked shipping.

In stock items typically leave our shop within 1-3 days. We do not have normal business hours as the Owner is a Career Firefighter on a 24/72 schedule. Custom items, Printed Clothing and Accessories, and Pre-Order items vary based on the current production lead-time but can be expected to ship in 3 to 9 days from order. Some items may ship directly to you from our printing or vendor partners. Shipping estimates do not include transit time. Estimated transit time is can be estimated using the USPS Chart Below.
 
American Responder Designs wants to ensure that your products arrive on time and in good shape while ensuring that you are not paying too much for shipping. All First Class mail is sent to you in a Black padded Envelope. This is the cheapest shipping method but it does not offer tracking or product protection. All items sent via First Class Parcel will arrive in a Black Bubble Poly Mailer. Products will also be inside of Plastic Protectors or Envelope. This is the most ideal shipping method to ensure speed of delivery and an undamaged product.

American Responder Designs reserves the right to contact customers about extenuating shipping costs associated with bulky orders that result in higher than normal shipping costs which are not covered by the system’s standard shipping calculations.  The customer will be notified before the order is fulfilled and will have the opportunity to approve or reject the revised shipping charges.  A rejection of the revised shipping charge will result in a cancellation of the order.  ​
